I'm George Varveris, a software engineer and solution architect. I've spent over a decade building systems, solving real problems, and scaling what works.
I began my career in fintech, where performance, precision and compliance were non-negotiable. Those years shaped how I think: build for resilience, design for clarity, and keep users and teams in mind.
From hands-on engineering I moved into software and system architecture, helping teams decide what to build, why it matters, and how to deliver it. I've worked across industries, tech stacks and team configurations, adapting to whatever it took to keep things moving forward.
Today, through Vargio Technical, I work on bridging business goals with executable systems — from SaaS products to AI integrations and internal tools.
I'm still hands-on when it's needed, but my scope now sits in seeing the whole picture, coordinating people, and making sure things actually get delivered.
